The Body Shop Collision Repair

The Body Shop does a top notch job from intake through completion, with efficiency and professionalism, clearly taking pride in their work and holding high customer service standards. Estimator Sandra kept me posted all along the way, worked directly with the insurance company of the person who caused the accident, ensuring OEM parts were obtained and the repairs be done with high quality, and couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. All of that coupled with an on-site Enterprise rental car office well supported by Jacobi, means there's no where else anyone should consider when their car needs repairs.

Joal took care of us. He keep us in informed through out the process. We have used TBS twice and they always do excellent work. They are always friendly, informative, and do quality work. Our Buick is an older year model and parts are getting like hens teeth or frog hair to find, but Joel made call after call to parts stores and finally managed to get all parts needed. When we got the car back we were amazed at how good it looked. We are going to use TBS exclusively. They always do an excellent job with outstanding customer service. Mark and Ofelia Goff.

I recently had some damage repaired on my truck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. A special thank you goes to Joel who assisted me with the estimates and coordinated the repair process. He was absolutely on top of everything. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in providing excellent customer service, and it made a huge difference in my experience. The repair team also did an outstanding job on my truck. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the truck looks fantastic. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident the moment I saw the finished result. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Between the exceptional customer service and the high-quality repair work, they earned every bit of this five-star review. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this body shop! They repaired my car so quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and far faster than I expected. A special thank you to Sandra, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Also, Anna at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. Great customer service like this truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. Fast, professional, and genuinely caring service from start to finish!

I had a bad month, my car was hit in a parking lot then 2wks later my son was in an accident in my other car. Both vehicles were being repaired by The Body Shop Collision Repair. My 2020 Altima was dropped off on Aug. 1st, I just picked it up Aug. 28th. Insurance delays.. The Body Shop did a great job! Great communication, I was fully informed during the entire process. Thank you Chris Ward and The Body Shop Team. I'll see you soon when my son's vehicle is ready.
